Senior Program Manager – Medical Device Development Overview MedVenture Technology is building the world’s leading medical device innovation company. Senior Program Managers play a major role in our achieving this goal as the pivot point between our customers and our internal teams. Due to growth, we have an opportunity to add an “A” player in a Senior Program Manager position to our team. You will work with outstanding technical talent to help our customers accelerate their ability to quickly deliver innovative products to market. Job Requirements

Key Competencies – what you need to bring to the table Experience – a minimum 8-12 years of program management leadership in the medical device industry. Leadership includes the application of planning tools, financial management, resource management, and customer interface Well-rounded technical experience in medical product development and manufacturing disciplines. Demonstrated ability to achieve business results. Demonstrated experience in accomplishing results with and through other people A passion for producing extraordinary results Demonstrated performance / success in a high performance culture FDA Quality System Regulation and design control experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Provide leadership, communications and facilitation skills to guide project personnel. Develop and manage the Project Master Plan.
