Our MedVenture Flex Force initiative recognizes that many people value opportunities for part-time or “flexible” (project-based) employment. Our Flex Force employees are a valuable resource to help us meet our customer commitments, especially in our growth environment. We are currently looking to building our Flex Force in two areas: 1- Engineering – including Design, Process, Industrial Design, and Quality 2- Technicians – including Design, Process, Quality, and Quality Inspection Ideal candidates for these positions would be available to work a flexible work schedule based on short to long-term assignments.
