They develop the key processes to meet our customer’s goals for manufacturing. Expected outputs for this position - your accountability As a Process Development Engineer you will “own” the following outputs; • Identification/development/qualification of new processes • Development of test plans to ensure risk mitigation and quality • (Working with Manufacturing colleagues) Meeting program milestones, optimizing processes for manufacturing, and specifying manufacturing equipment requirements • (Working with Product Development colleagues) Creating optimally designed products for manufacturing and create appropriate protocols that support product development activity • Documentation to support FDA/ISO quality and to develop manufacturing processes and procedures • Program team effectiveness (as a critical team member of a high performance team) • Innovation – developing new concepts and options, selecting best concepts, and refining concepts to provide optimum resultsJob Requirements
Key Competencies – what you should bring to the table • Experience – a minimum 8-10 years of related experience either as a Process Engineer or a Manufacturing Engineer • Industry knowledge – experience in the medical device industry – FDA quality systems and regulations familiarity • Strong analytical ability with ability to apply statistics, algebra, geometry, and trigonometry • Education: BSME, BE, IE (or related discipline) • Demonstrated experience in accomplishing results with and through other people • A passion for producing extraordinary results • Demonstrated performance / success in a high performance cultureResumes
